Hunting Rates

All hunts include lodging in the newly remodeled guest house, home cooked meals and snacks, guided hunt and assistance with dressing and processing of game. In the case of pheasants, the birds will be cleaned and frozen for you. All hunting dogs will be kenneled and will NOT be allowed in the Guest Lodge. Alcoholic beverages will be sold to customers on a per-drink basis and no drinking will be allowed prior to any hunt. No smoking is allowed in the lodge, vehicles or blinds. Hunters are responsible for their own licenses and gear. CSA permits and habitat stamps may be purchased on site. Non-hunting guests are welcome and will be charged only for meals if sharing a room with a hunter. If they desire a private room and one is available, they will be charged accordingly.

All rates are per hunter:

Deer - 4-5 day - $3000

Turkey - 3 day, 4 night - $950

Pheasant - 2 day, 3 night - $900
In the case of pheasants, the birds will be cleaned and frozen for you (does not apply to day hunts).

Pheasant day hunts: $50 guide fee, $25 per bird killed

CSA and habitat stamps may be purchased on site for out of state hunters. NE residents need a hunting license and habitat stamp only. (We do not sell hunting licenses).

** Combination Hunts - Deer/Pheasant = Regular charge for deer hunt, plus a Guide/dog fee of $50/day and then a bird fee for pheasants of $25 per bird shot. The pheasant hunting would be included in the 4-5 day stay for the deer hunt, not added on.

**For all hunts a fee will be charged to your credit card when you book a hunt (deer - $500; turkey and pheasant $250 per hunter). The remaining portion equaling 1/2 of the hunt price will be due by check within one week and the remaining 1/2 of the hunt will be due upon arrival. Nebraska sales and lodging tax applies.
